We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Because we produce in limited runs, each piece is made with care — we ask that you return items in the same spirit: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We are happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Because we produce in limited runs, we cannot guarantee every size will be available at the time of your exchange request.
To request an exchange, log in to your account, go to My Orders and select "Request Exchange" on the relevant order. We will hold the replacement piece for 48 hours while your return is in transit.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Email us at support@ataisama.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a free pickup and dispatch the correct item, or issue a full refund — your choice.
