All products on the Site are subject to availability. Because we produce in limited runs, certain pieces may sell out and not be restocked.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you pay.
We make every effort to display product colours and textures accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations in colour and texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and limited-run pieces.
In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or notification from us. Until that point, no contract of sale exists.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled by our payment processor under their own security standards.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund for that item.
We ship across India. Shipping timelines and charges are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances of force majeure. Atai Sama is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address.

In summary: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in its original condition.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, photography, editorial copy, design, graphics, logos, and the Atai Sama name and mark — is the exclusive property of Atai Sama and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
You may share links to our Site and use single images for personal, non-commercial reference with appropriate attribution to Atai Sama.
When you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
